An Introduction to the Christian Faith

All I need to do is follow my Bible and do the best I can following God's rules and follow the person of Jesus in this life in order to be able to someday have a good chance of being saved and living with God for all of eternity. In the first book of the Bible, Genesis, the creation of the universe and the human being are explained or at least depicted. There is no reason for something to just occur out of mere chance, I mean what sense does that have? Why do we live then? Why were we put in this earth I think that the Bible misses out explaining scientific reasons for our existence and how the universe came to be created, but it addresses in my opinion many more important things, like why we were put in this world, what our mission here is, and how important we are in God's eyes. Genesis one says God created the heavens and he earth and that for me is more than enough to know that my God is the creator of this universe. .
The human being I believe was also created by God, exactly how the Bible portrays it. In Genesis 2:7 the Bible says the following "Then the LORD God formed the man from the dust of the ground. He breathed the breath of life into the man's nostrils, and the man became a living person." I think that it is very important for someone to believe in the power and immensity of God because it truly gives a rather entirely different perspective on mankind and life. I think mankind is the most important creation on this earth and that we are definitely different from other animals. We are the only thing on this earth that God created with the ability to recognize his existence and praise and worship him. For this reason I believe that every single human being is an object for God's love and attention. Nobody not one of us is more important to God than the person we have next to anybody or us. God loves us all equally and his everlasting love wants us all to be saved and be filled with him on this earth.
