Pulling T--- away from sales opens up an opportunity for N----- and C----. R------- can set specific sales figures for both employees and let them compete for the vacant position. .
             R------- could also have both sell cut flowers since H----- has no interest in selling them. S.V--- definitely needs specific goals set for her to keep her from being in disarray. This will also direct her attention to goal-relevant activities and away from goal-irrelevant activities such as texting.
