             Information technology plays a very important role in the company because most of their works is done in the computer, such as booking flights arranging accommodations, paying methods, finance information, customers' detail and most of the company's vital information is stored in the computers as well.
             3.2 Describe the different approaches to management.
             There are two distinct management approaches are Bureaucracy approach .
             And Contingency approach.

             3.2.1 Bureaucracy approach.
             Huczynski and Buchanan defined that "Bureaucracy is a form of organization structure that is characterized by a specialization of labour, a specific authority hierarchy, a formal set of rules and rigid promotion and selection criterial.".
             The major contributor of bureaucracy approach is Max Weber(1846-1920). .
             He believed bureaucracy was the most efficient way of running an organization. He viewed bureaucracy as a formal and rational organization, based upon rational principles, which should lead to efficiency. He saw th strengths lying in the standardization of activities, where decision-making is based upon logic and removed form personal relationships and feeling.
