They get economic as well as financial support through government. They do this so that it can be added up as an advantage for national economy. The government also affect the organization by charging taxes, providing jobs for unemployed. .
             Competitors.
             The competitors are the major stakeholders in the market. Their main motive is to bring a healthy competition in market for organizations. They can even consider as a threat to the organization as if they will be having better output so they will hold higher position in market. They can even challenge the economic and financial sources of the organization. .
             1.3 The responsibilities that the Sainsbury organization has and the strategies they employ to meet these responsibilities. An organisation has large number of responsibilities which are fulfilled by planning various strategies (Primark.com, 2015). If the strategy applied correctly in the organisation then it can easily attain their responsibilities successfully. The organisation have various responsibilities such as social, cultural, corporate, basic etc. .
             The various principles used by the organisations in order to meet their responsibilities are as follows-.
             Equal opportunities- every organisation has the basic principle of equal rights for all the employees. Under this principle, no employee can be treated or discriminated on the basis of colour, religion, caste, race, nationality, sex, marital status etc. Every employee must be treated equally and should be given equal job opportunities which further helps the organisation in their future growth in the competitive market. The organisation which provides a non- discriminating environment to their employees tend to move towards their goals and objectives more easily (Businesscasestudies.co.uk, 2015).
             Sustainability.
             The economic sustainability help the employees to survive in their workplace peacefully. Thus the organisations provide with a friendly environment to their employees so that they may adjust easily and provide the organisation with best results.
