             Apple Inc is a Californian based multinational organization that was incepted in 1976 by two university students named Steve Jobs and Steve Wozniak. One year after the inception, the organization was registered as a limited business that at that specific time was manufacturing and selling computers (Apple, 2013's). Over the years, Apple Inc. has expanded its operations with the organization currently been involved in designing, manufacturing and marketing of various consumer electronics such as personal computers as well as computer software. In particular, the organization's Macintosh variety of computers, iTunes, portable music player iPod, the smart phone iPhone and the iPad are some of the most common products manufactured and sold by the organization. Moreover, apart from the physical products, Apple Inc also develops some creative programs and software that are regarded among the best in the market. For example, Apple's "Final Cut Studio," which is software that is used in video and music production has been argued to be the best in the music and video production sector. Furthermore, the company's Aperture Suite which is aimed for professional photographers, iTunes platform where music can be downloaded, the Mac Os operating System that is the platform that powers most of Apple' products are considered to be among the best in the market (Apple, 2013). .
             According to Apple (2013), the organization currently has more than 300 stores in various countries. The stores are managed and operated by Apple and are mainly used as the official stores where customers can buy Apple products. Nevertheless, the organization has also entered into agreements with other retailers who stock and sell various Apple products to the customers. Furthermore, the organization also operates an online store which permits customers' to purchase Apple's products online and then have them delivered to them.
