             Abstract.
             The importance of quality Early Childhood Education has been increasingly recognized in recent years. It is evident that NGCC (Next Generation Children's Centers) has been expanding, and in large part because of a satisfied client base that feels the centers are benefitting their children. However, to completely capitalize on the benefits of Early Childhood Education, it is up to leading child care centers to offer affordable care and education options to those families who are otherwise unable to enroll their children in such programs due to tuition fees.
             This report is aimed at educating the staff of NGCC and at bringing about two major changes to the current business model that would benefit the company, low income children, their families and the expanding NGCC communities as a whole.
             The report focusses on studies that find the positive implications of child care program as well as studies that address the disparities among various socio-economic backgrounds with regards to child care program enrollment rates and long term achievement gaps.
             The studies used in this report outline Educational Outcomes, Economic Outcomes, and Social-Emotional Outcomes.
             It is my hope that moving forward NGCC's CEO, Donna Kelleher will make the necessary changes to ensure the quality educational environment that NGCC provides is available to all children.
