Although they all had a surplus of crops and their people specialized in a certain job, the Mayans were the only ones that had a calendar and astronomy. They had a system of writing called hieroglyphics. As with all the other civilizations, they had a large population.
The Aztecs had engineers that worked on building that might need revamped. They were also one of the only civilizations that had schools for the children. .
The Inca had a way with roads. They put them everywhere. They had a strict government and a complex communication system. They would station people along a trail to relay messages to the next person. Their government made sure everyone had food and homes.
I will now explain the technology of the three civilizations. The Mayans had a calculation system, unlike the other two. They also had tools for digging, building, and chiseling. .
Since the Aztecs didn't have a lot of land, they utilized chenopods for food production. .
The Inca had a problem with land also. Instead they developed terraces . To water their crops they used irrigation . .
Now I will explain, the way of life of the civilizations. The Mayans had a VERY complex government. Again the people had specialized jobs. They had a good way of education and religion. They had fun, though. They played games. In one game, if you lost, you could get sacrificed. The average person would trade to get things.
The Aztecs frequently used war to get their items and they would make the conquered empires tribute things to them. .
Lastly, the Inca had a god. This was the sun god. It was their god because it helped their crops.
As you can see these cultures were highly developed in farming and supplying food to their people.
