The Balfour Declaration's commitment to a Jewish national home in the British mandate of Palestine was rejected by Arabs. Arabs were against it as the Jews had no right in Palestine which is an Arab country. At the end of World War II the Arabs accounted for about 90% of the population. .
             Jewish immigration to Palestine in the 1920's caused some problems, the situation was very bad but the immigration increased because the Jews suffered aggression from the Nazis in Europe.
