The existing system's security is unreliable because the user could use all the function that provided in the system as long as the user could provide correct user name and password. Some problems such as modified the data in the database without permission may occur when all the users could use the all function without limitation.
New features are needed.
The existing system only provides the simple features include store and display the data/information of the users, search for a particular user, calculation the fees for the users. These features are not enough for the company.
Poor performance.
Another issue is poor performance of the existing system. The speed of the process is extremely slow and always hangs. The existing system also always become unstable status and sometimes made losing data. Those problems make the efficiency of the system down.

The existing system of this company used a single database to store all the data and information used in the system which included the information of the users, the program/channel database and some other related data.
