HuaShi CATV Company is a branch of HZ television and radio broadcasting bureau of GuangXi province in China. It was founded in 1982 specially for supplying the community antenna television services in HZ city of China. .
In 1982, it only had 10 employees, 5 thousands users and only 3 channels. After 20 years development, HuaShi CATV Company has become a company that has over 500 employees and about almost 40,0000 users and cover the most areas of GuangXi province in China. .
HuaShi CATV provides the services include television program production, advertisement service and so on. Now it provides 30 channels to the users, 2 channels of them are under the control of the company. .
Recently, the company has already updated its network from coaxial cable network to fiber-optic network systems. By using this network, it can provide more than 100 channels with much better and more reliable signal and broadband internet access service.

The customers need to pay the register fees and monthly payment to the Finance Office.
The Customer Service Department provides services to the customers.
The Maintenance and Support Department will maintenance the network system for the customers.
The Finance Department will send the analyzed information to the Marketing Department.

Network update.
HuaShi CATV (Community Antenna Television) company has updated its network from coaxial cable network to fiber-optic network system. By using the optical fiber, the CATV Company can provide larger number of programs with much better quality and more reliable signals; it also can provide many addition functions through this new network such as broadband internet access service. The old system can not meet the needs of the management of the updated network. So HuaShi CATV Company wants to change its toll television management system to support the functions of the new network system.
