             are not in control of a situation that effects them, they feel as if they are being treated as little kids again. .
             Such things as access to community services, is defiantly connivance. Having things close by lessens stress of trying to find you way to where you have to go. Avoiding crisis situations are certainly something that will make life better but is hard to avoid. Certain things like deaths of a love one are hard to avoid but it is better to deal with it as soon as possible. Things like these do take time and you should do it at your own pace. Remaining safe and comfortable is a key idea to aging successfully. Being put into unsafe positions happens all the time to the elderly weather it is being conned into giving your money away or going into a retirement home that does not fit your standards. Feeling safe keeps the body clam and cool which everyone likes. Being comfortable also is something that everyone enjoys weather being old or young. Being comfortable is not just in leisure but also finitely. No one needs the burden on their shoulders about financial matters. .
             Staying active in older age consists on a social and physical basis. Being social is a key factor in growing old. Every time I stop by to see my Grandparents and they are playing cards with their friends they just look so happy and it seems that social interaction is a good form of staying happy and content. Keeping the body in tune is also a key factor in successful aging. Some areas of physical activities are needed such as completing at least a couple hours of physical activity a week. People sixty-five and plus are almost as active as the age group fifteen plus. Keeping in physical shape makes you feel better about your self. And everyone not just seniors need to feel good about them selves. Aging in this world today is also hard with all the stereo types out there like,old .
