I am writing this research paper to analyze planning strategies that will influence an organization, the effects of the planning process, and the role in running a military unit. This case study research paper will revolve around the primary question. What conditions are required in the development of learning strategies that will influence an organizations culture? I will discuss about the conditions that surround my work environment, which is the Noncommissioned Officer Academy. In addition I will discuss, how planning affects an organization culture, to include ethics and values. Some discussion will include the probable conditions of human behavior and its effect of the organization. Some of the discussion will center on the concept of learning strategies. For example how will learning strategies influence and organization, and the planning involved with this process. Some discussion will focus on a manager, which is someone who works with, and through people to accomplish an organization goal. What I will try to convey in this research paper is how planning plays a key role within the organization. As an instructor, I am always training my students to perform a specific task or mission. I will focus my topic in the discussion of learning strategies that involvers how to properly plan for a specific task or mission and how this may influence the organization and its goals. .
The planning process is one of the five functions of management, and probably the most important part. I cannot imagine a business or organization being successful if they do not have clearly defined goals, established strategies for achieving those goals, and developing plans to integrate and coordinate activities. If you have all of those things then it is safe to say that you have a good plan.
The goal of most military units should be one of efficiency and effectiveness. The Noncommissioned Officers Academy is an organization that should epitomize that way of life.
