I have done research on the best sports venues and I notice that the Staples center, which is located in Los Angeles; had great message board feedback from Californian as well as visitors from other states who visited the arena. All I thought that the Staples center provided was a chance to see Shaq and Kobe Bryant and the cheerleaders. The more I read about the Staples center the more intrigued I got and plus the more confident I got that this sports venue surpasses any other.
The Los Angeles Staples Center is more than just a sports or entertainment venue; it also serves as a support system for the entire Los Angeles community. The Staples center provides outstanding scenery so you can enjoy the experience. The venue offers a limitless variety of events. Also, in my opinion the best attribute the Staples center makes available is community support through educational and recreational program.
Here is a brief history about the Staples Center, according to Forbes magazine, In October of 1997, the city of Los Angeles' Cultural Affairs Commission approved the blueprints for a new, state-of-the art sports and entertainment facility. The intention of the design was to enable it to host more than 230 sports, entertainment and family-oriented events annually. The Bank of America underwrote the project with a $375 million credit for the creation of the Staples Center. The agreement is the largest private financing of a sports arena anywhere in the United States. The venue set a new standard for naming rights in a $100 million deal with office-supplier Boston-based Staples Corporation. In a record of 18 months the best sports venue was up for entertainment in downtown Los Angeles. Some of the corporate partners for the Staples Center are Toyota, McDonalds, Pepsi, Bank of America, Staples, Anheuser Busch, Fox, DirectTV, United Airlines and LA Times. The Staples Center Foundation has established a number of partnerships in the community to assist charities, raise funds and awareness for their organizations.
