I plan to start building new age digital clock circuit using the highest technology and the latest automated building processes. I want to be able to make it affordable so that everyone will be able to afford the clock so that in the ideal market no one will be late again.
Methods and Competencies.
I will build this kit through the complete process specifications, starting with doing an overall inventory. Next I will make up my process drawing and decide what components to place before and what to place after cleaning. I will then decide out of the before cleaning parts what order I will place the parts in (most logical order for space and size). I will then prep. all of components using the specifications set forth in the IPC-610C-A training program. I will then place the components in the board in the order I decided upon in the previous step. As I place all the components I will bend and cut the leads to IPC specifications as well. When all the components are placed and inspected I will run the board through the wave solder machine to solder all of the before cleaning parts. After this I will place the board in the aqueous cleaner to clean all the excess flux off the board. When cleaning is complete I will insert the rest of the components and hand clean the remaining components. After everything is soldered and cleaned I will inspect once again to the IPC specs.
Facilities and Equipment.
I will be building this kit in my ESD safe classroom. I will have to use hand tools, hand soldering iron, wave soldering machine, aqueous cleaner and a microscope for inspection. .

Budget.
The total cost is broken down to thirty-nine dollars and ninety- five cents for the kit, plus 4.5 hours of labor at ten dollars an hours. So the total cost for the finished product would be $84.95.

I am going to be the sole builder of the clocks so that I can guarantee the highest quality product. I feel I can provide this quality because upon completion of training I will be IPC certified and I will also have completed two and a half years of Electronics Engineering Technology and two and a half year of Electronic Manufacturing Technology.
