Problems Encountered By LNC Students

This is sometimes the reason why many of these nursing students fail, shift courses, transfer schools, or regret taking up the course. Some do finish the course itself but don't find fulfillment and satisfaction in it.
             There are so many problems that are encountered by the students of the nursing profession, but those who overcome them become the finest and best professional nurses a nursing school can produce. They are the select few who are dedicated and responsible enough to do their multi-dimensional functions.
             STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM.
             This research is all about the problems experienced by the Laguna Northwestern College nursing students in their Related Learning Experience or RLE - the practical application in the nursing education curriculum. These problems are those that affect their learning process in becoming competent nurses. Among the basic issues that the group intends to resolve are:.
             a. What are the problems that Laguna Northwestern College nursing students face?.
             b. How do these problems affect them?.
             c. What do these problems make of them?.
             SCOPE AND DELIMITATION.
             This research focuses on the nursing students and their educational related problems. It tends to identify these problems and their effects and whether or not they hinder the production of competent nurses. It is constrained to the BS Nursing students of Laguna Northwestern College and the problems are specifically that of their Related Learning Experience, which is the practical approach of the nursing education process.
             SIGNIFICANCE OF THE STUDY.
             This study is intended to identify the problems that affect the Laguna Northwestern College nursing students in their Related Learning Experience. It also aims to see how these nursing students cope with these problems and to encourage these students in developing a positive attitude with regards to facing these problems.
             HYPOTHESIS.
             Ho: That the students are not facing any problems in their Related Learning Experience.
