             Abstract.
             The purpose of this paper is to show that there are many contributing factors .
             of lower extremity injuries that have a direct impact on the soldiers during .
             physical training. I will discuss the training guidelines that have been .
             implemented by the military. I will present data collected on the causes of lower .
             extremity injuries sustained during physical training that the military conducts .
             daily. I will further discuss how to prevent some of these injuries from occurring .
             through a well planned program to better enhance a physical fitness. .
