My results in the other three areas (Conscientiousness, Emotional Stability, and Openness to Experience) are on the high end and indicate the fact that I am responsible, dependable, persistent, enthusiastic and secure. I would have to agree with this assessment based on my high level of achievement at work. According to the survey Conscientiousness can be a predictor of job performance across all occupations. I see this everyday at work. The employees, including myself, who are the most conscientious, are usually the most successful in terms of meeting sales quotas.

The next survey I took was the "Myers-Briggs Type Indicator". The MBTI attempts to characterize personalities by four traits. These traits are Extrovert or Introvert, Sensing or Intuitive, Thinking or Feeling, and Perceiving or Judging. According to the exercise I completed, some of my qualities include innovation, versatility, and entrepreneurialism. I agree with this analysis, because these are personality traits I see myself portraying on a daily basis as I interact with customers and coworkers. .
How Does My Self-Esteem Rate?.
The third survey I took was "How Does My Self-Esteem Rate?" According to the survey, self-esteem is a measure of how well you like yourself. People with low self-esteem are more likely to follow outside influences and seek approval from others. People with high self-esteem are more likely to take risks in job selection and are more likely to take unconventional jobs. The results of this survey indicate I have a high level of self-esteem. I believe this to be true, given the fact that I tend to be less influenced by what others say and do. Also, given the fact that I am in sales and a large part of my compensation is tied to the achievement of sales objectives, there is a risk factor involved with my earnings.

My next survey was entitled, "How Stressful is My Life?" The stress of life changing events can take its toll on one's health.
