The company promotes the utilization of all eligible enterprises owned by women and minorities and they seek out qualified M/WBEs for all of the company requirements. PepsiCo, to respect majority owned businesses, also encourages suppliers to use minority and women vendors, distributors and qualified subcontractors. We think PepsiCo deals well with two of societies biggest problems right now. .
             The environment is quickly being destroyed by many corporations daily and the company states in many ways how they go about trying to protect the environment and not waste precious resources. We also think it is good that the company states in its environmental commitment its responsibility to providing a safe and healthy workplace for its employees. The more the company shows it appreciates its employees, the better their employees will work for them. As for the M/WBEs, I think it is a really good way of making sure there is diversity within the company.
