Gun Control

Why would a law stop a law-breaker from doing something that is in his twisted nature to do? For instance, what does it matter to a psychopathic mass murderer if it is not legal to own an automatic weapon? He is a criminal already! In addition, what good will it do to hinder me from owning a puny little registered handgun that I know how to use effectively and responsibly when the bank robber kicks in my kid's teeth while simultaneously raping my wife has a rocket launcher purchased on the black market for one hundred thousand dollars pointed in my vicinity? It should be abundantly clear that laws are just not proficiently sufficient enough to cope with these problems
No, what we need is a way to remove the true cause of our problems. What is the root of all America's problems? In actuality it is the people wielding any weapon to a destructive, violent end. Perhaps these people are mentally unstable, or maybe they are just pricks, but something tells me that if these people were sent to a special facility for reeducation, they would accost their teachers with their pencils. .
What we need is an entirely new society structure upon which to base a functioning system. I have such a system devised, but no one other that me fully sees it's vast potential for improving the nation. Thus, the only way to instate it would be to militarily seize control of the entire government, but that is a long way off. I will start by breaking it down step by step in an attempt to explain it properly.
The first step is to cleanse our over crowded prisons. This can easily be achieved by strictly enforcing capital punishment for more crimes and even lesser crimes committed by repeat offenders. I fail to see the need to keep dangerous criminals alive at all, much less to use valuable tax dollars to do so. After being given proper representation and ample time for appeals, kill them or ship them off to the crystal palace.
