Communism

.
Communism went against most of the beliefs of capitalism. It hated the fact that some people would be very rich and more then ten times the amount of people that are rich would be very poor people that are on the brink of starvation. Communism believes that capitalism leads to monopolies, which later on have huge affects and influence on the governments. As it was stated about Marx's view "He saw history in the light of material conditions which produce a progression of economic classes. Always the ruling class is the one which owns the means of production"(Ebenstein William 9). .
Communists believe that only under communist rule can there be "true" democracy, and that rule of monarchy is a depriver of democracy. They believe that monarchies make classes amongst people. They believe that under communism there will be a classless society in which all men work side by side in a spirit of unselfishness, cooperation, and fellowship (Ebenstein William 37). Although communists believe in a classless society and that everyone is considered equal, they allow for totalitarian governments, in which the difference in classes is clearly seen. As it was stated on the subject "In theory, communism professes the most humane and democratic ideals. In practice, it has developed and employed the very opposite of these ideals, and is today the leading example of totalitarianism" (Ebenstein William 37). .
Marx, who was the founder of communism along with Engels, was born a German Jew. He then converted into Christianity along with his family, mainly for social reasons (Hyde Douglas 10). Marx did some serious thinking about his new religion Christianity. He realized that many of crimes that were being committed at the time, were being committed by the ones who were very religious. He then developed this anti- religion hatred in him, in which he shows in some of his writings. He said that religion as an unfair and unjust ideology, and that it is contradicted by science.
