Business Plan

H2O will work to place competent college graduates into internships that will give them the experience needed to be viewed as marketable candidates for full time employment.
It is our drive to begin H2O within the state of North Carolina, targeting the local universities and gaining important business contacts. By the end of year three we envision H2O taking on the Southeastern region of the United States. Because our product if so accessible our potential to grow is endless. We will eventually become a nationally recognizable company.
             Client Need.
H2O is unique in that we serve two clients, the college graduate and the business. We work to build a lasting relationship with both of our clients in order to fulfill all of their employment needs. Both sides of our client/product network gains immense knowledge though an internship process. Graduates are not the only ones who benefit from internships, the companies that except interns are benefiting as well. .
Many may ask how employers benefit by offering internships, the answer is much more apparent than one might imagine. By allowing H2O to work with a company and in turn place proficient employees in available positions, the company will see a decrease in recruiting costs. We are simplifying the recruiting process for the company. Many companies also use an internship as an extended interviewing process. In this setting, employers are able to work with graduates on a temporary basis. This allows the employer to observe how well the intern fulfills job requirements, lives up to expectations, and works with other employees. The employer is able to see all of the above characteristics before making any permanent commitments, however more than 60% of all interns will become full time employees of the company they intern for. The other 40% will most likely find employment with another company or in a different field. Providing internship opportunities reduces the amount of time and money currently spent on training full time employees.
