             The countryside Commission for England and Wales has its main office in Cheltenham ,Gloucestershire . Though there is regional offices for the regions within England and Wales .
             The area office for this area ( North West ) is here in Manchester along Deansgate .
             These regional offices of the countryside commission should make the job of local government easier.

The majority have leisure specialists .It is these people whom decide which are the foremost issues on the agenda which should be addressed . These could be conservation or rural issues , and any problems with a leisure connection .
             As the population as a whole has had an increase in leisure time , and more people own cars.
             The question of accessibility and car ownership and the problems that arise as become an ever increasing headache . Over the last ten to twenty years , one form of access to rural leisure , public transport , has had a severe cutback in the forms of public transport available .
