Adam And Eve "In Court"

If I convince someone to kill another person, am I guilty of the murder that they committed? Of course not! At best, the serpent is an accomplice, but the evidence supporting that claim also has its faults. .
Despite all of this, the serpent received a cruel and callous sentence, forever forced to a banishment from all other creatures and a lifetime of crawling on his belly and eating dirt. Also, the serpent would eternally be subject to an unending hostility that would occur between snakes and men. As is plain to see, the serpent's punishment is not only cruel and unusual, the serpent's offspring also continue to suffer thanks to a crime in which the serpent was never physically involved.
Now, we come to the case against Eve. Traditionally, Eve has borne the brunt of committing the first sin and, in turn, condemning the rest of humanity to lives of misery and anguish. Quite frankly, Eve is definitely the most guilty of the three defendants. However, she was duped throughout the entire process by the serpent and is guilty only of loving her husband and hoping to bring him the best fruit of the garden.
It is also evident that Eve's punishment was excessively malicious; Eve and all womankind were sentenced to painful childbirths and the administrative rule of their husbands. Still, the defense for Eve is mighty slim. Hopefully her case can be dismissed solely due to the obstruction of justice that disallowed Eve her Constitutional rights.
Finally, we arrive at the case of Adam, the first man and, having been made in the image of God himself, the favorite creation of the Lord. What is important to understand here is that all of the evidence implementing Adam is strictly circumstantial. It is not directly stated that Adam knew exactly that which he was consuming. Adam could have been walking around watching the sunset when he was handed the fruit. There is no way that a conviction can be made in this case because there is simply not much evidence connecting Adam to crime.
