Adam And Eve "In Court"

Before we get started, I have only one humorous anecdote to introduce: the Garden of Eden must have been located in the state of California because the serpent, Eve, and Adam each suffered the results of the "Three Strikes" law and received the death penalty!.
Over the course of this hearing, I would like to point out several facts which should allow these cases to be dismissed altogether. It is very important to maintain a receptive mentality, as many people will have already prejudged the guilt or innocence of my clients. Truthfully, I believe that, with an open mind, it is genuinely difficult to convict my clients of any legitimate crimes. .
First of all, as the subsequent hearings are presently being conducted in the United States Supreme Court, I would like to address the fact that neither of the three defendants were allowed the opportunity to exercise their rights as stated in the 6th and 8th Amendments to the Constitution of the United States. The accused were not permitted the opportunity of a trial by jury, and their punishments can very easily be ruled as cruel and unusual. I can and will prove that the penalties inflicted upon the defendants were entirely much too severe considering the circumstances of their alleged "crimes against humanity." .
For the sake of sheer convenience, I will concentrate on each case separately and in the following order: serpent, Eve, Adam.
To begin with, it is clearly difficult to defend the actions of the serpent considering the fact that most Christians believe him to be a direct representative of Satan and very possibly to be Satan himself. .
However, little evidence can be linked directly to the serpent; none of his actions actually led to the crime itself. While it is true that the serpent tempted Eve to eat of "the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, there is no way in which hearsay evidence of that nature can stand in a court of law.
