These factors must be weighed up when actual information is obtained on available properties.
3.2 FACILITIES.
Suitable premises must have enough space for several large practice rooms and one recording studio room. A good electrical supply is essential as would be other installed utilities such as heating, lighting, water, toilets and phone lines. It must be possible to easily secure the premises during recording and practice times and when the building is closed. Sound proofing of all the rooms is necessary but if they are not it must be possible to easily convert them. Sufficient car parking facilities are required for the customers of the practice rooms.
3.3 EQUIPMENT .
3.3.1 Practice rooms.
In each practice room the following equipment would be expected: - 2 guitar amps, 1 bass guitar amp, a drum kit (not including cymbals), a P.A system and 3 dynamic microphones with stands.
