Humanities are the broad areas of human creativity and the studies essentially involved with values and generally not strictly objective or scientific standards. As I perceive it, humanity deals in all the areas of human creativity. It is the lense through which an individual perceives her or his morals, culture, views and values. Humanities, as one would guess by its name, pertains to humans and does not pertain to God, Buddha, Allah or any other higher power or spiritual entity. For some people with strong spiritual beliefs it is very difficult to distinguish between humanities and spirituality. In fact, some may say that humanities cannot exist without spirituality.
