I plan to go to the gym four times a week for a least an hour. I need to eat healthy nutritious foods and steer away from fast food restaurants. Furthermore, I need to add supplements into my diet in order to get the proper intake of protein, vitamins and minerals.
I. Physical Goal: Maintain a good body. .
Why I want it?.
To me, my physical appearance reflects the type of person that I am. My actions reveal that I am a hard working person, but my physique is one of the many proofs supporting that fact. Furthermore, I believe that working out will aid me to better health and a longer life expectancy. Working out is not only good for my body, but also for my psyche. I feel more comfortable with myself when I am in good shape. Also, exercising helps me discard all the stress and anger I have.
An asset that I presently possess for attaining that goal:.
I am a hard working, consistent and determined individual. Since it is in my character to work hard and achieve my dreams, I feel like I will be able to attain this goal, no matter how hard it gets. .
The nature of the asset:.
My character is the type that is extremely stubborn. Once I have a dream, I try all my might to achieve it. I will research and investigate into my goal, until I find the best way to go about attaining it in the most efficient and healthy manner.

Being stubborn, determined and consistent helps get up and go to the gym and exercising on a regular basis. I have a good work ethic that enables me to push my body to its limit. I will not stop until I know that it is enough and any more will be self-detrimental. .
The nature of that obstacle:.
I sometimes get distracted with the party life. My consumption of alcohol is very bad for my health and body. It affects my plans of exercising because I am usually too tired from drinking the night before. .
Where that obstacle came from:.
The people who I associate with all drink on a regular basis, thus I feel the urge to drink.
