RATIONALE: For recruitment candidates, the extended healthcare coverage is a strong incentive for themselves and their families. Not only does the equitable healthcare system contribute to increased job performance; quality of life is enhanced as evidenced by Germany's high life expectancy and low infant mortality rate.
4. Women founded one-third of all businesses in Germany. Currently, a woman heads every fourth business. Still, women in the workforce are at a great disadvantage. (Tatsachen uber Deutschland). Because much of their time has been spent providing care for their children and other relatives, women usually have shorter work histories and earn fewer wages than men (Ostner, I). .
RATIONALE: Within these findings are two key incentives. First, women in Germany's workforce are successful in managerial positions. Secondly, there is a resource of female workers in Germany to be utilized that will be beneficial to the company and the social structure as a whole. Potential female transfer applicants will be assured then that employees respond well to women in management, a benefit for those already in management as well as for those who have job advancement goals. In addition, the opportunity to encourage and develop an expansion of female employees from Germany will be motivating for those socially conscious transferees.

Recruitment incentives as delineated in this report would be very beneficial to the process. These include; projected job stability, a market of growth, and a large available work force.
