             RATIONALE: Within these findings are two key incentives. First, women in Germany's workforce are successful in managerial positions. Secondly, there is a resource of female workers in Germany to be utilized that will be beneficial to the company and the social structure as a whole. Potential female transfer applicants will be assured then that employees respond well to women in management, a benefit for those already in management as well as for those who have job advancement goals. In addition, the opportunity to encourage and develop an expansion of female employees from Germany will be motivating for those socially conscious transferees.
             III. CONCLUSION:.
             Recruitment incentives as delineated in this report would be very beneficial to the process. These include; projected job stability, a market of growth, and a large available work force.
