Church Project

This small area lets you choose where you want to sit in the church. There are four heavy oak doors two leads to the main floor and to leads to the balcony. These four oak doors are made the same as the exterior doors but the middle of these doors contains a pain glass window. The glass is very nicely etched around the edges. Open the doors you have entered the main area of the church. This is the main part of the church. .
This main area is filled with vibrant colors. There are variations of red, blue, gold, and gray are decorated around the huge room. The floor of the church is carpeted with a rose color carpet. The rose color carpet is wall to wall carpeting. The walls are a cream or off white color. The walls have a three-foot boarded around the top that is the color of a bold baby blue. There is a three-foot border that is shoulder length when you are standing. This shoulder high boarder is a mosaic of colors mostly gold, light brown, rose, and blue and shades of gray. The are crosses station on the walls every ten feet all around the church. The church Is the biggest I have been in. the ceiling had to be two hundred feet.
The ceiling is painted an off white, the same as the walls. In the center of the ceiling there is a huge painting that is the stairway to heaven. I found out that the paintings on the ceiling is a mural of Jesus, Peter, Gabriel and all the other angles that meet you at the gates of haven. The one staff member said that the angles were to announce you, into heaven by taking you up the stairway, where all your sins will be forgiven. The angles do this by voices of sing and trumpet's to announce your arrival. That is what the mural on the ceiling represents.
In the middle of the room there are large pillars to hold up and give support to the structure of the building. These pillars are a cream color up to about ten feet up where there is some decorative molding and delicately painted with a gleaming gold paint.
