My goal is to identify and describe claims about how the human population describes, "Bikers." 1955 James Dean plays a biker in the movie, "Rebel Without a Cause." That was the beginning of discrimination of bikers in this country. The movie screen portrayed bikers as: drug dealers, rapist, dirty people, and poor low-life individuals always wanting a handout, no sense of reality and no job. Easy rider in the 60's with Peter Fonda was also guilty of painting this gruesome picture of bikers. .
The new millennium is upon us and there is still that thought from people when they see a biker pull into their town. When you first look, you see a person covered in black leather, maybe goggles over their eyes or a mask covering their face. They have the look of dust and grime on their clothes; they did just ride in on two wheels and no covering from the environment. .
There are more and more people involved in the motorcycle world. The cost involved in owning a Harley Davidson and having the right protective gear to ride is unbelievable. To buy a new Harley Davidson today 2002 can cost anywhere from 12,000 to 25,000 and you can go higher depending on what you want. The clothes and accessories range from 10.00 to 800.00. There is a lot of money involved when you decide to ride a Harley. .
Along with the sure pleasure of owning such a beautiful machine, comes the prestige that you get from riding on one. The shear power it in tales is unreal. You feel like a different person people starring at you, noticing your motorcycle. There are no thoughts in your head other than how wonderful and alive you feel. Bikers today are doctors, lawyers, professionals and their still is the ones that can't rub two nickels together. As in any way of life there are all walks of life everywhere you go, and in whatever you decide to do. .
There is a new breed of biker in the world today. Women are riding their own bikes families enjoy this hobby together.
