Our world to days is full of pollution. Pollution when organic materials are being burned. When inhaled, air pollutants affect the lung and respiratory tract, but can also be taken up and transported by the blood stream throughout the body. "Through deposition in the environment, air pollutants can also contaminate food and water" ("AIR POLLUTION", 1). Did you know that our world consist of 70% of water. Yet part of it, we have contaminated with junk and pollutions. So if pollution is our problem, then what are the consequences if we do not reduce our pollution? Why does pollution is has a big affect on animals, natural and people? .
Pollution plays a big part in affecting animals. For an example, today ocean life animal are the most endanger spices due to pollution in the ocean. " The ocean is commonly used to dispose of waste materials, and many of these substances are toxic to living creatures."("Marine Pollution", 1). If the animal that lived in the ocean received these toxic substances in their body, then the animal will die. This led to the problem, right now, facing in the world: animal extinction. Not only pollution threatens, ocean life but also on land animal. Many oil spills have occurred near the coast, which have killed many on land animals that live near by. Oil is toxic and when it covers animals" body, it is very harmful and is very hard to get the oil off. Another example, if the river is full of pollution substances and if a deer or other animals drinks the water, then they will die because the river contains toxic and bad particles that will harm the animal organs. Animal's life can also be harmed by polluted acid rain. The acid rain lower the pH of the water that the ocean life live in and slowly the animal will die because this is not the pH they are use to living in. For on land animals, they will suffer too because some feed on plants and if the plant have acid rain in them, they are toxic and will destroy their organs and cause them to died.
