Imagine that you are female freshmen at Michigan State University, and you have hopes and dreams of becoming a Lawyer. During your freshman year you meet a great guy and you start dating, and one night you decide to take your relationship to the next step. You do everything right, and use a condom but something goes wrong, it breaks. And say that you get pregnant and have an aborting, and later in life become a Lawyer. Can you honestly say that there will not be one day that goes by in which you regret having an abortion, or giving your child up for adoption. Millions of people around the country are in this situation, and make the wrong decision. Although abortions today are legal, millions of people around the world are taking the lives of innocent human beings.
Around the world approximately 87 woman are having an abortion a minute, 5,251 an hour, 126,027 a day, and finally about 46 million a year. 46 million people a year dying for no reason, for people want to have a CHOICE. A choice to what killing an innocent person, killing something that was apart of, and for some reason the CHOICE they made was a good one because it got them in a good situation. 46 million people is more people that life in over half the countries in the world. 77.5 percent of teens under the age of 15 have an abortion (in U.S.) It is lowest among women 30 to 34 (18.3 in 1992) 75 percent of unmarried women had in abortion in 1992 (in U.S.) The total number of legal abortions increased slightly from 1995 (1,210,883) to 1996 (1,221,585) THE MAIN PROBLEM IS that parents are not getting out to their teens the consequences of early sex. Teens who are 12, 13, 14, 15 are having sexual intercourse all the time, and they don't know the consequences because they think that they are too young have anything bad happen to them such being pregnant, or getting someone pregnant. What would you do if your 14year old daughter came home and said, DAD I am pregnant.
