             With all these factors, US Disneyland has been a successful enterprise knowing how to manage all the time in masses' mind. To capture the success, Euro Disneyland was opened in 1992; however, all optimistic expectation is turned into visionary hope. Although the Euro Disney represented the largest singly foreign investment ever in France, since its opening in 1992, Euro Disneyland has not been generating the expected profits due to unexpected regional and cultural issues. With marketing an American-style amusement park to the Europeans, Disney definitely has a lot to learn. .
