Chronic conflict in Afghanistan did not start with the Taliban and will not necessarily end with its removal. Whatever emerges from the post-Taliban era, it will tend to build on past continuities and social transformations. These traditions were created by religions and now they are controlled by the political climate of the nation, some Middle East countries don't even have Television's not because they can't afford it but because the government doesn't want their citizens to watch the outside world and get influenced by it. So basically government wants their citizen to be in their religious activities and so it doest affect the government or the ruling power. Females in Afghanistan are treated with great inequality; they can't go out during certain times of day they have to cover their face if they go out. Traditions today are becoming blend of political and religious aspects. Normal people are forced to be within their religious limits and political people take advantage of these things. And that's why government sometimes has to be in favor of religious faith. Society responds to the religious faith without thinking of any benefit while government responds to religious faith foreseeing some benefits to economy or government. .
             Employment creation will play a major role in contributing to the socio-economic transition required to orientate Afghan society and the economy towards peace. This is a necessary but insufficient condition to help build the political and security transitions that are also needed. Government is created for better economy of the country but in poor nations government has to pay attention and make sure that there are no religious riots going on and so it affects the economy. Indian government spends more time securing the nation form terrorist attacks, and Hindu Muslim holy wars. Eventually this affects the nation's effectiveness for economical advancement.
