Become a Vegetarian


            
             One should start living a life of a vegetarian, or one should make it their diet either way become a vegetarian. What is vegetarianism? Vegetarians are people who stop eating all meat and seafood, and start eating vegetable, fruits, grains, nuts, seeds, and do this with or without eggs, and dairy products (dictionary.com). There is more than one type of vegetarian. Most people typically are ovo-lacto-vegetarians that are someone who eats no meat, poultry, or seafood, but does eat dairy products, and eggs. Than there are lacto-vegetarians who consume dairy products but no eggs, and there are ovo-vegetarians, who consume eggs but not dairy products. Also there are vegans, who are really strict against all animal products and by products, such as clothes (Vegetarianism). I am a lacto-vegetarian. I being a vegetarian and my research have taught me that vegetarianism is something different people do it for different reasons, but in the end it is just really good for ones health. .
             Different people have different reason as to why they choose a diet or a lifestyle of a vegetarian. Some people do it because of religion, some do it because it is cruelty to animals, some do it for the environment, some do it for health, and some do it because of their social class. Pick your reason and become a vegetarian and try to improve your life by not hurting other living organisms, and by improving your own life. Vegetarianism is very good for ones health. Vegetarians are usually less fat, have less health problems especially when one ages, and because of less health problems vegetarians tend to live longer. .
             Becoming a vegetarian does not mean one will lose all his or her proteins, or will not get enough proteins. Vegetarians are able to live a very healthy life and consume all the required proteins they need from dairy products, grains, vegetables, fruits, and nuts. One does not need to consume any animal products such as meat, or seafood to meet the required daily proteins.
