Mandatory Language Change .
Everyone goes to school to learn the "basic" necessities, but they usually end up remembering really worthless information that would have no use in our futures. I can understand that to some school is boring, especially the facts we need the most. But what if a language was required for graduation? Would that all change? I believe that if students were pt into a mandatory class that was fun they would feel totally different about it. A foreign language would help in the workplace, many employees would receive better pay due to more experience and at the same time high schoolers would be getting a better education.
The ability to communicate in the workplace is worthless unless you can speak every language imaginable. But if you have graduated from high school, then you have a better chance than most. One of our main purposes in life is to "show up" our parents. Most Americans are not able to fluently speak another language other than the language of their cultures. But now because of more technology we are able to learn the basics of another language and once again "show up" our parents.
Jobs are getting harder and harder to find, let alone qualifying for them. No manager of a store in his right mind would hire someone with no experience or schooling what so ever. So in other words it is getting more and more important to have experience, especially in a well-needed area such as foreign language. And when a worker has more experience in needed fields then he would have a better chance of getting a raise then someone not able to do that certain task. .
In order to survive in life you obviously need to have some kind of an education, even if it is basic. From the simplest things like knowing what you need to survive, to reading signs to help save your life. The number of high school graduates is rising every year and in return everyone who graduates is receiving a higher education so that they can succeed in life.
