For many years Americans have been fighting for land and freedom. But as soon as we fight for someone else, which is good, the American people turned their backs. To many people the war in Iraq seems wrong, although we are doing well by this war, and we are helping people to become free. Americans believe in having freedom, but yet, most do not want our military to go to Iraq and fight for the Iraq people, so they have freedom as well. .
There are always many reasons to fight in a war, but there are always going to be people who object. Many Americans believe we should pull our troops out of Iraq, because we are not accomplishing what we want, Iraqi freedom bye the military troops being in Iraq. Some also believe that our military troops are being put in danger while in Iraq. Americans also say that President Busy waited too long to have our military troops go to Iraq and fight. I can understand why some Americans feel this way, but it seems that we, the Americans do not understands why America wants to help Iraq to become free.
President Busy decided to have our military troops go to Iraq to fight in this war. It all started off when terrorist Osama Bin Lodin had two of our planes crash into the World Trade Center. President Bush decided to send the military troops to Afghanistan to find Bin Laden, for what he did to the United States. Our government decided that if we could get Iraqi leader Jadam Hussein, then the Iraq people could become free; like the United States. This is why we are calling this war "Iraqi Freedom.".
I believe that we are doing the right thing by helping Iraq's people to become free. I understand how many people feel, but I have two brothers who are in the military, which one , Brian is going overseas next month. Although I do not want him to go, I know that it is best for him to go. By asking any military people, most of the troops will explain that they want to go over to Iraq and fight for the freedom, for those people.
