            We often ask ourselves if our lifestyle is healthy. Whether we live long and happily it depends on how we live and how we treat our bodies. Therefore, what is the best recipe to keep fit and healthy? It seems that the most important things to be in good condition are a good diet and vigorous exercise. We should also take into account our habits and indulgences. The benefits of this lifestyle are to maintain good health in order to excel in the future. To be a healthy person you must exercise on a regular basis and maintain a healthy diet.
             People go on diets to lose weight. They want to get quick results, but these results are hurting them more than helping.
             You can not successfully lose weight by simply cutting food from your diet or taking some pills. The many dangerous methods of losing weight, like dieting, pills and drugs, over-exercising, surgery, and eating disorders, have taken many casualties. Many deaths have been associated with low calorie diets. By trying to shed pounds simply by cutting all fat from the diet increases the risk of getting cancer, heart disease, and other health problems. Cutting fat and cholesterol reduces the risk of heart disease and diabetes, but nutrient poor diets have an even larger risk of getting those diseases along with many others. Of course a large percent of dieters will lose weight but they will feel depressed afterward and gain back even more than before they started the diet. When you are losing weight, what you are actually losing is fat and muscle. Many times, more lean muscles than fat will be lost, although they may look slimmer because their size is smaller, then they actually are. Healthy weight is muscle and bone weight, the things that support your structure and enable you to perform rigorous activities.
             If you want to be a healthy person, you must not subject yourself to all the luxuries of life like going out every night and party until the morning.
