While contemplating college, I had many different ideas about what it would be like. There are many varieties of students, just to name a few. The hard worker, The lazy and The partygoers.
Must students fit in either one of these categories. Nothing is impossible maybe hard, but not impossible. Sacrifices must be made and work must be done.
If you are hungry and a man offers to catch fish for dinner for one night, that's good, but learn how to fish and feed yourself for a lifetime. While contemplating college I had many different ideas about what it would be like to be a college student.
Indeed the party goers neither have time for the fish or the fisherman. As for the lazy, they will just sit back and let others fish for them. Then, there are the hard workers. They will take the pole from the fisherman and insist on learning while they"re fishing. What kind of student are you?.
Statistics prove that a large number of students are party goers. These are the ones that go out the night before a test, that they have not studied for. Wake-up late, get to class late, flunk the test, and swear they"ll do better the next week. Only to find out there is a party next week.
Secondly, you have the lazy student. These particular students rely on others. They rely on others to have the right answers when they look on their papers. Also they rely on others to except money to do their work for them. Constituently, they even rely on the teacher to gave empathy.
Finally there are the hard workers. Spending rime studying is a must for a good student; and that they are aware of. Also they have conditional themselves and spent their time wisely. Time alone gives them a chance to focus clearly and attempt their best in class assignments. Hard workers know that they have the responsibility to do the best thy can to show themselves and others that they can succeed in the world. This group will continue to grow and be strengthened by their determination , their family support, and god's blessings.
