I am going to be speaking about eating disorders, because many times this is over looked, and it should not be, because it could lead to serious health problems, and death.

Anorexia.
Anorexia is a condition in which people starve themselves, for fear of being fat, and not worthy of anyone, including themselves. A person with Anorexia may also feel that the only control they have in their lives is in the area of food and weight. If they cannot control their lives around them, they can control their weight. Some signs and symptoms, just to name a few, are:.

I. Noticeable Weight Loss.
II. Becoming Withdrawn.
III. Excessive Exercise.
IV. Fatigue.
V. Always Being Cold.
VI. Muscle Weakness.
VII. Obsession with Food, and Calories.
VIII. Excuses for not eating meals such as: "I ate earlier" and "I"m not feeling well.
IX. Unusual eating habits such as: cutting food into tiny pieces, picking at food, and discomfort around food.

There are also physical complications such as:.
I. Dizziness, Headaches, Bloating.
II. Stomach Pains.
III. Hair Loss.
IV. Difficultly Sleeping.
V. Shortness of Breath.
VI. Cardiac Arrest.
VII. Death.

Bulimia.
Bulimia is another eating disorder in which it is a cycle of binge eating, followed by purging, (vomiting) laxative abuse, excessive exercise, diet pills, and enemas. Bulimics are usually people that do not feel secure about their own self worth. Food becomes their only source of comfort. .

I. Binge Eating.
II. Secretive Eating.
III. Bathroom Visits After Eating.
IV. Vomiting.
V. Mood Swings, and Depression.
VI. Muscle Weakness, Tooth Decay, and Fasting.

II. Dizziness, Headaches, Dehydration, Constipation.
III. Depression, Hair Loss, Stomach Pain.
