An area of employment in which I would like to work in the future is Education.
Two jobs that I would like to do in this field include teaching or a school librarian. .
The reasons that I have chosen this career area include: having great job satisfaction, it is in high demand, it has good pay and the working conditions in many schools where teachers work are safe and pleasant to work in. When you get to see the results that the students can achieve, I believe that it would make me feel very happy and proud to know that all the hard work and effort that I put into teaching and planning, has gone to good use. I think that by helping students in the research area in the library will make me feel as though I have helped other people and I would be teaching them new things. I also enjoy reading so then I would have a perfect combination of assisting others and reading and reviewing novels, which I enjoy doing anyway. This way I would be getting paid for something that I like doing. .
The chance of getting a job in the education field in the future is fairly high. Because it is compulsory for all children to go to school from kindergarten to year 10, and there aren't enough teachers to fill the vacant positions, the job is in high demand, allowing many more new teachers to come and join. The pay for being a teacher ranges from $41 109 a year to $59 866 a year. I think that this is a decent amount to pay for all the necessities in life as well as those additional extras. The pay for a school librarian can be in the same range as a teacher if you teach for absent full-time teachers and are also a librarian, and hold classes in the library too. To be a librarian, there isn't as much demand as a teacher but with experience and willingness, there can never be too much help in a busy library.
Some of the fringe benefits include having generous holidays while still receiving my regular salary (even having extra loading during the Christmas Holidays).
