             From this procedure, Chris can use many different methods of decision making techniques to change its structure, performance, and policy. From an individual standpoint, Chris can make some choices to suit his personal needs. One of those choices would be on how to retrieve the information needed to evaluate each member of the board. Faith Community Hospital board members probably share the same desired goals. It will be important for Chris to determine which board member is letting their individual goals be placed before the groups intended vision.
             The larger objective of the members should be the forefront for all concerned, especially its stakeholders. To effectively institute a new mission statement, it must reflect the majority of the board members. Knowing the members individually, and how they think, will be important for Chris to distinguish. They all share a few things in common; support of the purpose, value, and survival of Faith Hospital. This gives Chris a small foundation to establish a new basis for a mission statement. With all this sudden change Chris must also look at the consequences of every decision change the board will make. The CEO may be required to assist in this development. He is in fact, the Chief Operating Officer, and will be ultimately responsible for all implementation the board members make.
             Chris will also have to look at the current organization policies. For the reason that, any chances the board of directors makes, along with the CEOs contribution, Chris will have to asses the risk in implementing any modifications made. The CEO and members of the board should note with any changes made, to make sure it reflects progress. Faith Community Hospital is a vast business with many stakeholders. The CEO and Chris must use the knowledge they acquire from each member of the board and strategically design an outline to help put in motion a new vision.
