Abraham Lincoln was born to a poor and humble family on February 12 1809, in Hodgenville, Kentucky, the Lincoln family moved to Pigeon Creek in Indiana and settled there where his mother Nancy passed away. Through out the years Abraham grew up to be a tall man he stood about 6-4, the Lincoln moved to New Salem, Illinois he worked several jobs like store operator and post master his boss admired him and introduced him around to famous people like Jack Armstrong, they became friends right away and the wrestled and joked together. The people endowed Abraham with a sense of humor, and physical power, which gave him a good impression.
The distinguished Abraham and his partner William F. Berry bought a store on credit and started their new business, but unfortunately his partner was unworthy and they were in debit, Barry ran away and Abraham paid off all the debit and here he was named "Honest Abe".
