A Lawyer In this country needs to have relative amount of compassion in your case, so that you can speak openly, and confide in your lawyer, knowing that he feels similarly thus bringing a relative amount of trust from you and confidence in his ability. I believe that a Lawyer must show an amount of confidence in your case, showing that however doubtful you maybe that their might be light at the end of the tunnel due to your confident, competent compassionate lawyer. I would be very displeased if my lawyer did not have confidence in winning the case or job in which you have asked him or her to do. If we do not have confidence in our lawyers then we will find them increasingly hard to approach, problems may arouse whilst they are working for us, so we should be able to approach them and confront them with our fears and problems about the work they are doing or the approaching case. If we can approach them then we would hope that the lawyers we are working with would be able to listen and respond to the problems or questions we have asked so a good listener is a fundamental quality that we would want from a practicing lawyer in this country.
I feel that an underlying factor in the elements of which we want form our lawyers is qualifications. I f a lawyer does not have the relevant qualifications then he or she will not be able to stand up in court, or carry out the relevant work needed for you and your case. Thus bringing around failure, and deception would also come into occurrence as a professional person should be qualified in the job he or she is carrying out. We would not expect to have un-qualified doctors working in our hospitals so why should we have un-qualified barristers and solicitors defending our innocence or carrying out our contracts if they do not have a certain ability or standards of which we expect them to hold.
As a part of their qualifications we would want our lawyers to be able to stand up in court with confidence and argue our case with a certain declaration of intellect and also showing a strong well rounded attribute of advocacy.
