             Stress is a problem that millions of people deal with in everyday life. Stress is caused by many factors in your life. This paper will talk about how stress comes about in life, the dangers of stress, and how to get rid of stress. The only way to get rid of stress is to be a more laid back individual. People who are more laid back and liberal live a more healthier, fulfilled life.
             Stress can cause anxiety disorders and phobic disorders. If you have a post-traumatic stress disorder some of the symptoms are recurrent dreams or daytime flashbacks, insomnia, or impaired concentration. Depression is usually caused by a fateful loss that exhaust the individual physically and a disruption of the social support. An event that caused stress may not affect you until sometime later in life, as you grow older.
             The opposition says that jobs or even bringing their jobs home with them does not cause stress. Instead the opposition could say that the people around them outside of work cause the stress in their life. Their kids, the neighbors around them, or even family members, could cause the stress.
             The people who take their jobs to seriously could end up with lots of different diseases or heart problems. Bringing your job home with you not only causes stress on you, but stress on your family. You spend less time with your family and more time on your work. Spending more time with your work causes you and your family to grow apart. This could eventually lead to depression or a post-traumatic experience.
             The opposition will argue that people who are laid back tend to be out of shape, and just like sitting around doing nothing. They also have no drive to do anything with their lives. They also have no ambition to be somebody, but instead follow in everybody else's footsteps.

             People who are laid back are not always lazy. Take me for an example, I am a laid back person for the most part, and I workout four days a week, play golf, go to work, and go to college.
