            Customers are very important to company's owners and to employees. But sometimes Customers can benefit and harm both the owners and the employees. Those customers who get their service in a respectful way tend to use this service again and again, which will benefit the company. However, customers who don't get their service and in a respectful way tend to harm the company by making complains and suing the company. Also this will stop customers from using the service again.
             At the company I used to work with 2 years ago which is a valet service that worked for a hospital, customers harmed and benefit us the employees and the owners. For the example, they harmed us by making complains about some valets who used to smoke, speed, and damage the customers vehicles. For that reason this company lost its contract. So the employees lost are jobs for that reason.
             After that valet company lost its contract another Valet Company took over. I worked with this company till this day. The reason why this company is still working for the hospital is, there are no complains from customers about this valet service. Valets are giving their customers a good service. For example, this company has rules that every valet must follow. Some of these rules are no speeding and smoking in customer's vehicles. Also are customer's benefits we in many ways. For example, we get raised every six months; we also get good benefits from this company.
             This is how customers can harm and benefit people who serve them. By giving customers a good service we get also get good rewards for it. And by giving customers bad service we get no rewards and most of the times we loose are jobs.
