Towards the end of the decade, he invented the Franklin stove. Leader Influenced Society- Benjamin Franklin has influenced society because he has made many discoveries and inventions. I have already talked about the inventions that Franklin has made throughout his lifetime. Benjamin Franklin made it possible for us to have electricity. Without him we wouldn't have televisions, computers, video games, and many more electronics. Also many people use bifocals. I know many people who use them. The stove. Well, the stove was used when Benjamin Franklin was alive and also few years after. I have not seen a house with a Franklin stove. Okay, you get the picture. Benjamin Franklin influenced society a lot. Good thing he existed in life.

Interpretation of Story- My interpretation of the story is that Benjamin Franklin is a great person. Also his life was not that perfect as many of us think it was. For example, Benjamin Franklin had made lots of friends, but only a few stayed his friend at the end. He got in many fights with people and also with his brother James. He also didn't get married until he was a little old! His father was furious at him because Benjamin didn't become a minister as he and his whole family (especially his father) wanted to.
