The nursery rhyme, "Sugar and spice and everything nice, that's what little girls are made of. Snails and pails of puppy dog tails, that's what little boys are made of" is well known. It appears to be increasingly true with each passing generation. Boys' behavior seemingly grows worse and worse. Their manners appear to be non-existent, they do not know the meaning of cleanliness, and their extreme lack of style shows through with every outfit. Girls are far from perfect, but the female gender could definitely teach the male gender a thing or two. .
The habits such as belching at the dinner table, leaving the toilet seat up, and passing gas in public places are just a few examples of the rude behavior some boys display. I was on a date one night and after dinner, my date let out this huge burp! It was right in front of everyone and it smelt like Chinese corndogs! It was so disgusting! Females are not allowed to get away with this kind of behavior, why should males? As young ladies, we are taught to be very polite, yes ma'am, no ma'am, and yes sir, no sir. Saying please and thank you when asking for something is what we are taught from a very young age. Boys just simply make demands and say yea and huh. Very few boys open the door for girls anymore. In days gone by, boys were very polite to girls and treated them with respect. Now it seems girls are just their toys to boss around, play with, or even abuse. When do manners begin to evolve in the male gender? .
Imagine yourself working in an upscale bank as the receptionist at the front counter. A young man walks in and he is an absolute revolting mess! He smells as if he has been living in a dumpster behind Safeway for a week! He has on a stained orange tee shirt with worn, dirty blue dress pants. They are so wrinkled you can barely tell they are clothes. They look more like rags. What goes through the mind of a guy when he looks like this? Guys are constantly griping about how long it takes girls to get ready for the day, but they are quite satisfied with the outcome.
