It is this increase in quality of outcome that the information economy seeks to maximise and capitalise on. .
             If information provides for better outcomes, then an information economy with its omnipresence of information can provide better outcomes at every level of economic, political and social development. This means that in a completely networked information economy, governments will make improved guiding principle verdicts and deliver better outcomes; businesses will provide better services to consumers and more dynamically compete; individuals and communities will absorb in better communication conduits and create better prospects for social, professional and educational activity. From this perception, an information economy ceases to be about computers, or technology or even information transmission. Instead, it becomes about quality and enhancing quality - about harnessing information to enhance quality in community, national, global, professional and personal life.
             Service Economy.
             Many business enterprises understands that customer satisfaction depends on helping the customer do business competently and efficiently. While the superficial value of products and services is important, it is no longer the only consideration given the accessibility of competitive offerings.
