The weight of her new responsibilities is just beginning to sink in. "Last night I couldn't get any homework done, I just kept feeding him and feeding him.              Further questions raised by those in favor of abortion include speculation about which abortion not only in the case of minors, but what about abortion if a woman is raped, if her life is in danger, or if the child will be born with a serious disease? In these instances, strict pro-lifers would argue that it is not up to man to decide that a woman's life is more important than the unborn child's; that it doesn't matter whether or not the woman was raped, there is still a life that may be destroyed; and finally, in the third instance, that even if a child is born with serious disabilities, it is still alive, and that it is not up to any man to decide whether or not to take a life. .
The argument, from both sides, also begins to take on medical and ethical issues. At what point is it that the fetus actually is a human being? According to some, it is at the point of conception.
